They promise to ship your order within 1-3 days. I specifically asked before I paid if the filter I ordered was in stock in Germany. The (only) answer I got was 'yes'. After 6 days I asked why I still hadn't receive a track and trace code for the shipment. They sent me a code for shipment by DHL. After 4 days the status of my shipment at DHL is still: The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically. My question to Pressure Point about this 'never' changing status still isn' t answered. They don 't ship and their service is terrible.
