TERRIBLE customer service! They're rude a,have outrageous prices and we won't ever bring our BMW back! They were instructed not to touch my husband's speaker in the trunk, if it needed to be removed, to call us first. They removed it anyways, without calling and notifying or asking us first, had the ground just openly sitting there when we came back, and then had the audacity to tell us that we had to pay for their labor and all after the fact. So especially Americans, just stay away from this place. Lots of Americans have a hard time at this place!

Excellent buying experience over a year ago. Wasted no time time fixing my car.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Super helpful and easy to work with. They do speak English. If you can bring your own oil, do so and don't forget a VAT form! My oil change was done quickly and I even got my car cleaned as a bonus. I would totally recommend this.

You would think going to a dealership the car buying experience would be easy and memorable. 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX was purchased 20Feb; not even 24 hours later the car smelled like straight gas. Upon further inspection the car has a massive fuel leak coming from the fuel injector on cylinder 1 along with a cylinder 1 misfire. Car was put onto a lift only to find more issues. Car has a power steering, oil and coolant leak, front right motor mount protective cover just dangling, all suspension was bad and window regulator for the front windows are going out. This car was said to have no mechanical issues as well as a 1-year warranty and car was inspected by Grasers mechanics. Even if your car knowledge is rudimentary you would know something is extremely wrong with the car. Went back to the dealership and problems were addressed to David (extremely nice and tried to be helpful) was and Fred(Manager). Car was taken to Opel in Pressath and repair costs were estimated at over 6800. Mind you this car is being driven with a fuel leak that could combust into flames at any moment. Fred denied a loaner car because a 23-year old isn’t covered for their loaner cars. Fred responded with he doesn’t want to pay fo fix the car if the repair is over 1200 instead wants to buy the car back, fix the repairs from “his mechanics” and sell the car for more then what it was purchased for. Subaru was dropped off as it was to dangerous to drive, all calls are being denied. This is unacceptable. Everyone please save yourself the time and money avoid this place. I have videos of fuel/motor mount issue but I can only share pictures. PLEASE AVOID!
