Got my car cleaned for 140. Driving away I noticed that the Bluetooth kit wasn't working anymore. On getting home I saw that the battery holder of the remote was missing. I guess it was hoovered up by mistake - honest mistake, and not the end of the world. On emailing the company however they completely denied any possibility. Don't think they really understood what happened, but they definitely didn't make any effort to come to a resolution. End of the day. 40 out of pocket for a new remote. Abysmal service - STAY AWAY.
