Worst doctor ever! Stefan Renz is such a racist. He doesn't know how to treat foreign patients. This guy keeps ask people why you cannot speak german and what will you do in this condition. He has never smiled but insulted me a lot. I hate these kinds of jerks. I don't recommend you to visit this place and show your kids a bad doctor who doesn't know what they are supposed to do.

I would recommend AVOIDING this practice! We were there twice, because we did not want to make a quick judge, it was such a mistake! Our baby has a heart defect due to that fact we had not many options to choose cardiologist in Hamburg and this one has reasonable ratings, but I have never been in a WORSE PRACTICE so far! To the point about practice: •\tunhygienic waiting room with dirty toys! In pediatrician practice!!! Unbelievable! •\tWaiting more than an hour, we had to wait in the room with kids, who were having a cold! (has never happened with us even by our GP) About cardiologist: •\tDid not read the documents from the University Clinic Eppendorf. Arrogant? I think so! •\tThe first check by the doctor (after waiting for an hour) lasted 10 minutes for the ultrasound and whole check up (the check up by a professor in UKE takes minimum 30 minutes) at that point I thought either the doctor Schemm is either a genius or an ignorant doctor who cannot be bothered to take time. The second thought was a right one! AS A RESULT A FALSE DIAGNOSIS. •\tThe doctor Schemm was more interested in where my husband works than in having a proper look at the baby’s heart. •\tThe second visit the was even worse Ultrasound - 5 minutes, did not read the the documents again, wrote that we are not feeding the child right even without talking to about what is the baby fed with… Conclusion: Never again, angry review, hopefully some actions will be taken to change what were mentioned above.

Die Praxis Dr.Renz/Dr.Schemm,ist einfach klasse.Mein Sohn geht seit knapp acht jahren zu Dr.Renz und Dr.Schemm wir werden dort gut beraten und auch gut Verstanden wenn mann fragen hat.auch jetzt das Dr.Müller mit dabei ist super den kenn wir schon aus dem Uke.auch alle anderen die damit Arbeiten einfach eine gute Praxis

Wir sind jetzt schon seit 5 Jahren in der Praxis, sowohl bei Dr. Schemm wie auch bei Dr.Renz. Wir fühlen uns super aufgehoben und auch die Sorgen einer Mama werden nicht einfach abgetan sondern besprochen.(so dass man als leihe es verstehen kann) Nicht nur die Ärzte sind super, die Arzthelferinnen sind super nett und kompetent.

Wir sind bei Dr.Renz in Behandlung, super Arzt, sehr kompetent und herzlich! Im Regelfall möchte man seinen Ärzten möglichst selten begegnen, das ist hier anders. Wir fühlen uns Ernst genommen, sicher und gut beraten!

Es hat zwar lange gedauert bis ein Termin frei wurde und das Wartezimmer ist sehr voll gewesen. Trotz allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Ärzte und alle Arzthelfer sind sehr freundlich und nett.
