What is the current condition of apartment? Any availability of single apartment?

Rooms too expensive for its size. I paid 530 for 20 m2. I now pay the same rent in a place double the size and just next to Potsdam station. They don’t allow viewing before you sign the contract which is very strange. I felt the scout was over selling the apartment . My gut feeling was to stop the contract but had no where else to stay at the time. So in a way I was in a bind otherwise would never have taken the place. They claim not to charge commission but then ask you to pay 450 one time entrance fee. I wonder what that is if not commission. They claim to have shared balcony which is as good as public balcony. They also say they offer furnished apartments. Essentially it is equivalent to an unfurnished house fitted with kitchen more or less and a very big closet that you even don’t need—you can buy a couch bed and desk chair combination from eBayK or IKEA very cheaply. In leaving in 5 different places in 10 years this first place to withhold my deposit, of which I lived here the shortest actually . 300 euro go figure! The place was clean they said they needed professional cleaning. The desk area of my apartment was dirty from my feet resting on the wall. Never thought it would be a big deal since they paint rooms before other tenants move in. Should have known to paint it myself. Unfortunately had a flight to catch. Leave here at your own risk. I read terrible reviews about these guys before moving in. If I was not desperately in need of a house and official address would never have moved in. They also have a complicated procedure for ending contracts. Be informed before you sign.
Gym is really good. Studying lounge too, but kitchen is really bad.
Das ganze Team leistet hervorragende Arbeit. Die Kollegin hat per E-Mail bis hin zur Abwicklung des Mietvertrages stets offene Fragen schnell beantwortet und Hilfestellung gegeben. Ein Besichtigungstermin im Vorfeld konnte ich problemlos vereinbaren. Das Team vor Ort ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Übergabe hat bestens geklappt. Tolles Appartement mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung.
Preiswertes 1 Zimmer-Appartement mit Internet, Wasser und Strom inklusive. Eingerichtet mit Einbauküche, Schreibtisch und Schlafcouch. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Waschraum, Learningroom und Fernsehraum.
Wszystko fajnie i super poza miejscami parkingowymi,wybudowali betonowe parki pozbawiając mieszkańców miejsc do zaparkowania
Super Team vor Ort. Immer zu erreichen, ob telefonisch oder per Mail. Sie haben sich sofort um einen Nachmieter gekümmert und mir damit viel Geld erspart.
Das komplette Team sehr kompetent und helfend unterstützend. Auch kurzfristig kann man mit individuellen Lösungen rechnen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
