Beer is indeed very good but don't expect to \hop in\ for a glass – extremely long waiting time for ordering and the bill. Been waiting 20 minutes to order even though there is plenty of staff walking around avoiding looking you in the eyes. Not so many people either, 1/4 of their capacity.

The beer is really special. The food is tasty - old fashioned basic German cuisine with good quality ingredients. The service is OK and one has a sense of the stiffness of the old days in the GDR - top quality GDR, enhanced by many relics from the old days in the neighbourhood.

Amazing restaurant. Take your time for the amazing beer and the German food here. Remember that you can actually purchase bottles of the house-brewed beer to take with you.

Amazing food, we were lucky to have visited when white asparagus season had just come. Food was excellent. They had a normal al is carte menu and a special white asparagus menu. Their own beer brewed on location was also excellent. I also had some of their beer liquor aswell which was awesome! I took three bottle sof their rhubarb lemonade home too. Tasty! Great place to bring kids to as they have a mini petting zoo and a very well appointed playground. Ample parking and great surrounds with views of the waterway! Food was of a great quality and not expensive with great portions
