The worst DHL office ever. Couldn’t find my parcels more than once there and sent them back after claiming that they don’t have anything in this office. Even a call to DHL office and a confirmation from it can’t ensure workers here that they need to do their job better. Sadly, the owner don’t have strength to even confirm the number of issues that this place clearly has. It’s a real shame that instead of helping the clients, he prefers to claim that there is no single problem (and I must have been wrong every time, lol).
So helpful, went beyond expectations to help us!
