I lost my passport and very luckily it was returned to another police station in Munich. The Munich police lost and found system is first class and is a credit to the city. Despite not speaking German I was politely taken care of by the young male officer today at this station, he was were very professional and helped me stay calm. I would really like to thank the officer and system for the great work.

Unhöfliche Beamte, welche keine Lust zum Arbeiten haben. Mit 'Freund und Helfer' ist da nichts. Wer wichtige und akute Probleme hat, sollte hier nicht hin!
