Rather expensive, unintuitive pc's-printers setup, too much waiting and not very helpful staff. Wouldn't recommend.

Poc @ Office World Heidelberg is the only place I go for my church's, Jesus World Outreach Center, print jobs. The excellent customer service, quality print jobs, and budget friendly pricing set this vendor apart from other copy shops in the area. Poc @ Office World recently upgraded their services to include DHL and Post Bank ATM. I also appreciate the investment in their printing equipment. Two thumbs up.
