Classy, clean lines ambience without it being too impersonal or monochromatic welcome you to the restaurant. The menu on the other hand is an explosion of taste and colour. Well done to Chef Schanz in combining some terroir ingredients in new and tasty! ways. The combination of textures was also extremely pleasing. My personal favourites were the sablefish dish, the amuse-bouches with truffles and the one with seafood. Friendly and professional staff.

My wife and I had an amazing experience here on the first full day of our honeymoon. Michelin can be hit or miss but Herr Schanz deserves the recognition and more. We had a truly unforgettable experience here. Thank you to the staff for a lovely evening!
