Choosing Fit Team as my place to train was the best decision I could make. Besides being very charismatic, people there have a lot of passion for their jobs and keep you motivated you to push your limits and reach your goals. They invest a ton into briging you to execute the moves as correctly as possible, train the whole body and especially into your nutrition plan. If you are on a journey of loosing weight, get fit and learn how to give the best to your body, Team Fit is the place to go. They will be *all in* by your side on this journey. Yes, in the end is you who has to do all the work, miracles don't just happen there :P In only 3 weeks I've learned how much damage I've done to my body and got aware how weak I actually am, so I had my struggles to execute some of the exercises. But as I said, motivation levels are hitting the ceiling in this place and I *feel* how much I am improving and how much my body is recovering. Let the numbers speak for me (below my measurements after only 3 weeks). I am super curious what I can achieve in the next 2 months I have left :) Keep up the good work, Fit Team

Great studio and trainers for every level of fitness. Every session is tailored, whether it's focusing on long-term goals or managing a current injury. The trainers take the time to know their clients and work accordingly. I have never been keen on sport and never thought I would enjoy training (and some days I still don't!) but because of the variety in each session and the ongoing support, I want to turn-up and I want to get better. It's a process, but I am glad to be doing it with this team.

I trained with Manuel for two years during my time in Munich. The Fit Team facilities are simply stunning and include everything you would expect from a serious personal training studio. Manuel is a charismatic PT with solid knowledge of training regimes, physiology and sports. His academic education and real life experience allows Manuel to listen carefully and develop with you a personalized training system and diet plan that will help you reach your personal goals. He will push you during training but will also adapt the routine to target specific muscle areas or get you super fit for a competition, race or sport event. Extra points for Manuel are for his boxing knowledge as we managed to include boxing in our training and got me up to a decent level for a novice. I would strongly recommend Fit Team Munich and Manuel if you want to change your life and feel stronger and healthier.

Saying that I very highly recommend Manuel at Fit Team just doesn't say enough. I have worked with many fitness trainers over the years, but none who have come close to Manuel. His knowledge of fitness and nutritition, patience, continuous education, ability to motivate, etc keep me going. Best part of my week!
