A terrible experience. They gave us a ground floor apartment whose windows were blocked with wooden boards so that they could not be opened. It felt like a basement apartment. Across the wall they set up a cafe. It really was not like the photos they publish. The attitude of the owner was shocking.

Uncomfortable beds, really uncomfortable! Furthermore the central heating was broken, so we couldn't sleep because of the heat in the room. We had no warm water in the kitchen and the shower so we had to go and shower in another room. They said breakfast was included but there was no one willing to make us some, we had to buy it ourselves. We tend to eat something at night in the village but it is a ghost town when the Europa park is closed. BIG NO FOR US. One big plus: spacious apartment but that's it.

Very friendly people. The rooms are well equipped and clean. And you can get a good breakfast in the morning.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Apartment und sehr freundliches Personal. Selten sieht man so saubere Apartments für diesen tollen Preis. Preis-Leistung stimmt völlig überein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr hübsch und mit viel Auswahl angerichtet. Auf Wunsch (ohne Aufpreis) bekommt man alle möglichen Getränke. Der Fußmarsch zum Europa-Park beträgt ca. 15 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es viele Angeboten an Restaurants, Lieferdienste liefern ebenfalls und somit hat man eine Variation an verschiedenen Gerichten. Je nach ausgewähltem Zimmer, ist für jeden was dabei. Ebenfalls sehr familienfreundlich. Fünf Sterne da ich mehr als zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt bin. Ich kann es nur jedem, als Alternative zu den teuren Hotels empfehlen.
