The clinic and service is very nice. Very kind people but, If you have a serious problem like post surgery visits and complications I would not recommend Dr.Schlafke especially if you want to recover quickly. Your typical conservative orthopedist without the will or skills to address specific case. And if you have private insurance even short phone calls are expensive and you will be charged for each and every one of them without a heads up. Just a heads up. To sum up: twisted ankle - go for it, something complicated - I would not.

All around top! From the moment I walked in in pain, my worries were calmed, as I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and professional staff member who took information about the reason for my visit (shoulder pain). Although I had an appointment yet had a slight wait, there was an apology for my having to wait (in all my years of going to doctors in various countries, NEVER have I been apologized to for the wait - a clear sign this isn't typical for this practice nor how they book appointments). Dr. Schläfke was fantastic - knowledgable, professional, patient and caring. Despite being behind schedule, he never rushed me with my questions nor himself with his care. He did a thorough analysis of my range of movements, an ultrasound of the problem for which I came (directly in the office) following which he took a great deal of time to explain everything to me and how we can best proceed. The expertise and time one receives in Dr. Schläfke's practice coupled with the professionalism and concern a patient receives makes it to date, one of my most pleasant doctors visits. I would highly recommend this practice to friends and family. (It's worth noting that while I am not a native German speaker, I did do my appointment in German, however English is also no problem at this practice).

Sehr gute Praxis. Terminvergabe online ohne Probleme. Die Praxis ist super organisiert. Herr Schläfke hat eine umfangreiche Amnese vorgenommen und vor allem zugehört. Im Anschluss hat er einen klaren Plan aufgestellt. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Zudem gab es sehr gute Empfehlungen für die Physio. Ich kann die Praxis wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Bin als Langstrecken Läufer mit einer Bursitis die ich über Monate nicht geheilt bekommen habe zum Doktor. Termin gab es direkt zum nächsten Tag, ich musste 0 Minuten warten, wurde super freundlich und professionell beraten und bekam eine Injektion in die Ferse die mein Problem innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen 100% behoben hat. Nach zwei Monaten ist immer noch alles top, super zufrieden!
