Arzthelferin war unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Wurden mehrfach unnötig durch die ganze Praxis geschickt und das beim Orthopäden (waren wegen Schmerzen beim gehen da). Der Arzt war kompetent dafür noch 3 Sterne.

Mit einem Orthopädischen Notfall stand ich am Empfang und wurde weggeschickt weil zu viel los ist. Ich habe die Empfangsdame über meine starken schmerzen aufgeklärt und das einzige was ihr einfiel, war mir einen Termin in 2 Wochen anzubieten. Bin dann ins Katharinenhospital gegangen wo absolutes Unverständnis über die Absage zum Ausdruck gebracht wurde. Dort war ebenfalls viel los und trotzdem wurde ich als Notfallpatient aufgenommen.
