A good practice Appointment making: I wrote to them in English as I was desperate to find an appointment on public insurance, I received an answer within an hour from sending the mail with a proposal for an appointment with a reasonable waiting time At reception: polite and English-speaking receptionists My meeting with Dr Dettmer was a positive experience. He speaks English perfectly, was compassionate and took the time to examine me and give me practical solutions for my complaints (as opposed to the universal: you need to exercise more) Really happy how it went and highly recommend

I had to visit the doctor without an appointment but they were very cooperative. I was given an X-ray shoot soon after arrival by such a friendly and gentle staff at the reception desk. I really felt respected and cared by her. I really appreciated their service and definitely would recommend!

When you call them, they'll ask you if you are in public or private insurance. If you are in public insurance, they NEVER pick up your call. I've waited on the line for more than 45minutes. When I finally got fed up and called the private insurance line instead, they picked up within a minute. When the woman on the line realised that I'm not a privately insured customer, she HUNG UP on me. This is rude and sad and a despicable tactic. I would recommend that you not waste your time and stay away.

The receptionist was polite and fluent in English and so was the doctor. Waiting time was 15-20mins. Consultation time was appropriate to address my needs. I would definitely recommend them.

After an and half of waiting and asked one the receptionist was why my Appointment was taking long (even after making Appointment and having to wait for a 3 month for the Appointment ) she was very very rude or rather unprofessional.......Doctor was nice but i guess cause i complained about it.
