I purchased the "McTurtle " stand alone magic screen, for my office waiting room. They have a wonderful product, until you need their help. Every time I had a problem, it took multiple emails and begging until I was helped. At purchase, I was promised annual software updates - it never happened, and I have the unit for several years now. Even when I emailed and asked for the promised updates, I was promised again, but alas , never recieved! Recently, again when my unit stopped working I sent several emails, begging for help, but no response whatsoever. This will teach me, never to buy such an expensive product unless you have a local person that will help with maintenance when needed . . Never again.
