I ordered an 11-month German courses at this language institution in August 2019, and before the payment, the institution promised that if the visa not pass, the tuition fee will be refunded,they just charge 120 as punish fee.Then I received the refusal visa letter and contacted them. As a result, they gave a response within four weeks of consideration, and over four weeks there was no news. No matter how many e-mails I sent, they never responded and did not refund all tuition fees.In the end, I had to find a German lawyer to get involved and waste a lot of time to get back the 11-month tuition I paid in advance. The owner of this institution is very dishonest and base.They also listed many language agencies with different names on the Internet to solicit business.They have four names in total, their registered name is Deutschcafe,the other name is Dieter Hoffmann,the third is orBit-Schule.The last is Sprachschule Freiburg.Maybe they will create more new websites and new names for admissions. If you are a foreigner who needs to apply for a visa to learn German, I suggest you consider it carefully!
