Leaving an apartment is much more complicated in Germany than the US, and I was so relieved hen I called MyPlace seflstorage and spoke with Thomas. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It was easy to determine that storing my items here was the best decision as I transition. I would recommend MyPlace to anyone that needs storage for any reason!

1st class service received today - it almost felt like I was checking into a 5 star hotel, not a building of steel storage boxes! lol Online booking was straightforward, no hassle and the check-in guys were super helpful! Vielen Dank team! I even had a lovely complimentary coffee whilst I waited in the lobby for the delivery truck ;) UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER I just checked out after my annual contract was done. I had forgotten lots of important details but the team were able to help me without breaking any rules :) 5 start service as usual. Awesome job, thanks MyPlace Team...especially with your patience with me being 'all over the place' ;)

Great service - Thomas was extremly professional and competent. He explained in details all the aspects, addressed my questions, suggested the best solution. Long story short..went to check the area/space, ended by renting my storage on the spot.
