Just tried to get to this Obi. They now have a policy that everyone must take a wagon-cart. I did not take one because the cart is dirty, I usually bring wipes. but didn't have one. Forcing customers to spread the virus is not cool. There is hand sanitizer outside which nobody used.

Staff is unfriendly, uninformed and unmotivated to help. The line at the cashier is so lang because only one is open that I had time to log into my account and write this review.
Can always get what I need and the staff are friendly and very helpful,especially as I only moved to Stuttgart last May so my German is very limited,and not forgetting it's great for chillaxing with a coffee after picking up what I need.
