The shopping itself wasn't bad but having to wait for a third email telling you \it's time to come\ is just not helpful. It may be the case if the person is buying 100 pieces of uncut wood, but for me who just needed some minor objects, it was annoying because the email never came, and I had to call the shop to see if I could come after 3 full days!
