Great Store in normal Times. During Corona they can't get their s*** together. They offer a 2hiurs pickup service...am waiting for 4 days to see those 2 hours coming to an end. Unfriendly personnel on the phone. No indications on when the order will be there for me. Very,very unprofessional during this pandemic.

A multi purpose outfit, got all I need in one place.
It's like other hardware stores nothing special. Very tasty bratwurst wagon outside. That gives 2 extra stars.
We preordered a bathroom cabinet and the pickup was smooth and the guy at the back door checkout super friendly and helpful. So can definitely recommend doing it this way. It's a big place and we did lose some time rattling around looking for smaller bits and bobs, so they don't quite make the five stars as it was hard to find a helpful person to point out where to find things.
Poor service. I needed assistance for a box for the bath and no one could help me (the employee responsible for it was sick for 1 week). I bought the box without professional assistance in the internet.
