Professional guitarists prefer to go here and with good reason. You get top service, great advice and reassurance on your purchase. The repair shop is also excellent. They've done some tricky modifications very successfully for me.

These guys are super helpful & let you play their guitars while their working:-) I can't say enough good stuff about this store. I am an American and I speak very little German. I bought 2 guitars and other odds and ends. When it came time for me to return to the US they gave me 2 guitar boxes at no cost.
BTM guitars is easily the best guitar shop I have ever been to. I bought my Collings D2H there. They took good care of me through the entire process. If I ever need a new guitar I would go back there for sure.

Exemplary and passionate service. I needed a non-standard guitar case to fit a baritone guitar for my flight home to Australia. The man serving me picked several cases and gave me packing foam as well to protect it from the baggage gorillas. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!
