we always liked norma, but in this one in aachen we met a very horrible woman who worked there. only 1 star for a very rude woman. we were walking down the passage, where a whole regal with things fell down, i tried to go carefully passed, when this woman shouted at me very loud, and blamed me and walked off. i didnt say anything. disorganized and dirty. not tall normas are like that. we wanted to complain to the manager for her rudeness but didnt. they are gunstig.

Norma has its own products all made for them. i would recommend the Bio- Sonne products.

Very simple place but cheap for groceries for a traveler. Dont forget to buy a bag to carry stuff.
