A truly memorable dining experience. Yes, most can’t afford this place every week, month or even year! But save up and treat yourself, I beg you. The staff is lovely and knowledgeable, the dishes are unique and locally sourced and the decor is so well done. I felt certain things were a touch overpriced, e.g 6 for a small cold brew coffee, but I don’t regret having a blow out meal in Berlin at all.

I find the negative reviews of this place utterly bizarre and completely at odds with our experience - incredibly high quality food burgeoning with flavour, inventive dishes that work together well whilst still showing enough contrast. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they couldn't do enough to cater for us and the drinks pairing was particularly special. I'd highly recommend!

Normally I don’t post reviews of great meals, as the restaurants are already highly rated and they don’t need my help. But seeing the N&S rating so middling for such an exceptional experience compels me, especially in this age where the restaurant industry is hurting so badly: everything about this restaurant is beautiful. We booked a 7:30pm dinner and weren’t rushed for a minute, they let us enjoy it until they were wiping down tables to close up shop. The food was interesting and delicious, the wines exceptional and basically every aesthetic detail beautiful and carefully considered. We had a perfect evening and if you’re looking for a special occasion meal in Berlin, look no further.
