Super cheap price!!! Cheaper than some restaurants in Berlin I have been checked! Around 7-8 per dish. Delicious food, Vietnamese taste cuz I'm Vietnamese. Great location, Near Central Station, few minutes by foot! Check it soon! Beautiful interior also!

Super popular authentic vietnamese restaurant. The price in general is affordable and not expensive. Service is nice and fast. It could be crowded depending on the time, for example lunch time can get really busy. Overall the right flavors and textures, really authentic and delicious!

Location is good, ambience is good but not every staff were friendly. We had beef pho & duck mi vit. Both soup was just ok, nothing ummph. With additional slices of chili in the soup, it taste better. Mango salat with shrimp, just so la la. Not authentic like those you get in Vietnam. Overall, food suits European standard but not authentic enough. The elderly lady waitress was rude, always sour face. We asked for hot water to refill our tea pot and she gave only 1 glass for 2 pots, how *smart*?! When we said it's not enough for 2 pots, she took the glass away with unhappy face & came back with only half full glass, amazing! It's just hot water, we can pay for it, no problem - she just need to open her mouth to tell and not mumble and show sour face.

TL;DR Ngan Tinh is currently our go-to place for authentic Vietnamese food in Hamburg. This gem of a restaurant is tucked within the compounds of Park Hyatt Hotel. Climb the flight of stairs and treat your taste buds to some tasty rice noodles in soup broth with chicken or beef. I would recommend washing the food down with a glass Ca Phe Sua Da (Vietnamese ice coffee); it's a beverage of concentrated coffee with sweetened condensed milk and crushed ice. There's plenty of seats available, the service is good and the food arrives fairly quickly upon placing your orders. My children enjoy admiring the fishes while waiting for the food to come.
