Stay away from them! Nothing in this place is worth your money! Do yourself a favor Do not come near, they will steal from you not only your money, but also your sleep, and the joy of your life.STAY AWAY !!! The only thing that actually good in this place is the stuff members, who responds quickly to your problems and really trying to help you, but they dictate the rules unfortunately.

I loved living here, it’s a shame that after your 6 month stay you can’t extend your contract in the same building. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the parties were amazing and overall the atmosphere was wonderful. I would relive my experience there in a heart beat. Taking away the one star because of not being able to extend the contract and the deducted deposit fees for small things but massive prices. I’ve added random photos I took of the building and the ubahn station nearby during my stay.

If you want to move to Germany, but still feel like you live in a third world country, this place is perfect! Have daily fun finding out what doesn’t work today: hot water, internet, heating, or the blinds? (usually it’s at least 2 of those) Management is disinterested in complaints and while the contract clearly contradicts German laws, Neon Wood loves to take advantage of the fact that most of its tenants are uninformed about their rights. For animal lovers: there’s a major rat population ;-)

I have lived at NeonWoods for half a year and I can't recommend it. I pay around 800 a month for a small single room appartment. This room includes: Rare hot water, a concrete floor that secretes sand and dust ( health hazard?), slow internet, and ethernet outlet which is voluntarly turned off by staff. I was also denied ethernet by staff when requesting access to it. On the website it is said that the facilities are included in our rent, but since corona and all those facilities being closed, our rent has not gone down. I've been told by other tenants that apparently those are NOT included in the rent. Make sure to read your contract before trusting the advertising.. I haven't had any experience with deposits yet but if you look at other reviews you'll see it's not the best and you'll loose a lot of money. The website also says that they clean facilities, but the place in my opinion that needs the most attention to cleaning: the laundry room, looks to have been neglected for months. Leaking machines, sticky unknown liquids and grime all over the floors, and the price of 3.50 euros per wash. An extra 3.50 for drying. Literally unacceptable. If you're looking for a place in berlin, look into getting roomates and not neonwoods.

Great location just around the corner from the U station. Really cozy and modern. All facilities are great. Only complain in the duvet cover which is to small.
