Although we were in the wrong place for what we needed help with, the personal from the waiting area D, room 241, especially the young blonde lady was very respectful and helpful in all aspects of our conversation and stay. I was very impressed and surprised by the level of professionalism and attention received. I wish more people would be like this. Overall, this is a place where you can get things done. Appointment right on time if you book it online. Helpful and clear explanations on what need to be done for any procedure. You may need to get used a bit to German administration first, but that's organized and efficient for the appointments I had.
