I visited the store after lockdown with my girlfriend and had nearly a full hour with the experts. They kindly allowed me to try on basically every option of watch and strap, waiting patiently whilst I discussed with my girlfriend in detail, only to decide upon the watch which they recommended within the first 3mins! Maybe you can find (as with everything) a cheaper option online, but for these items the personal expertise and opportunity to actually try all combinations was worth the slightly higher price! Many thanks.

Beautiful store, well equipped. Employees is what I do not understand. Today I have tried to get some advices on Fenix series of a watch, I got silence, and then barely an answer, and then I was just left alone. Sorry, that in not the way you sell 700 equipment.

Mir wurde, von dem Mitarbeiter Stefan, die Uhr erklärt, die ich zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen habe. Die Erklärungen waren sehr gut und hilfreich. Jetzt kann ich die Uhr so verwenden, wie ich das erhofft habe. Die schriftliche Bedienungsanleitung ( über Internet ) fand ich wenig hilfreich.

Unfreundliche und schlechte Beratung. Kennen die eigenen Produkte nicht und wollten nicht mal ein Produkt bestellen. Haben sogar eingenes Armband (Nylon 26 Quickfit) also schlechte Qualität beurteilt
