I don’t normally write bad reviews as I have become accustomed to the general lack of customer service in Germany. However, this dealership should be avoided if possible. Had to get new tires after blowout & at first tried to sell me snow tires (“it’s not possible to get MS”). After explain I bought the car new with MS, he ended up ordering them (thought NOT possible). The service department was very rude & cold, and when asked if they take a US VAT form Rolf v. Rü indignantly replied “we don’t have to because they are an independent dealership.” Thanks Rolf...sorry you might have to fill out a form! No cost to dealership if they accept VAT form, just good for customer svc. Never again. Worst BMW experience in 25 years of being a BMW owner.

We have got a second hand car from Automag. Our dealer was Yasin Özdemir. He was super helpful during each stage of the process. We got a lot of goodies even. We would recommend as a trustful person.

I am personally negatively surprised by the reviews this showroom is getting. I recently had an appointment with them and it was the worst experience since I first started looking for a car. I contacted them through an advertisement posted on mobile.de and one of the colleagues invited me for a visit/testdrive. Only to find out that the car I was interested in, was sold over a week ago. In spite of that, they still made me wait half an hour because the guy that was in charge of my booking was unaware and looking for the keys to the „already sold“ car. I had to leave work early and travel more than half an hour for this appointment and it isn’t something to be pointed out, but it’s very disrespectful to treat a potential customer as though their time isn’t important enough. I am a person who reads reviews before going to a showroom and I was very much looking forward to being associated with Automag after all the positive reviews that this showroom received and about their customer service experience. But I think this is a side of them which people need to be aware as well.

Completely disorganized and unfriendly service. I called to arrange an appointment, when I showed up they couldn’t find it in their system and told me that I could leave the car and pick it up the next day, instead of the original 1h wait. When asking if they could provide a temporary replacement car until the next day (to fix their mistake) they said I’d need to pay for it. Why should I pay for their mistake? Result: I wasted half of a work day and have to come back next week. The cherry on top was one of the male employees calling a female colleague „Schnecke“. I expect better from BMW. Update: My vehicle has a part that's a potential fire hazard. BMW has to exchange it under warranty and it will take half a day. A replacement vehicle can not be provided for the day. So not only do I have to adjust my schedule and waste my time to bring the car to the shop. I either have to waste an additional 1-2h of my time getting there and back afterwards via public transit or pay for a replacement vehicle myself. This is not \premium service\. For comparison: Tesla comes to my home/work for most repairs and provides replacement vehicles no questions asked.
