I have been in this car-branch twice and both experiences were a disaster! Both salesmen were really demotivated, the lady at the reception looking at her personal phone in front of the customer and laughing at her whatsapps... they won't get me there a third time, it's sad because I love Kia as a car manufacturer, but this \Niederlassung\ is NOT recommended! I have visited the other one in Munich (Auto Hemmerle, Frankfurter ring) and they are much more professional, I will definitely buy my Kia in the other one!

they didn't give me a reply, so I have went there and again they have made a lot of problems. As if I have stolen my car with its wheel on the right side. It was explained that I do not know about cars and they DO. But until this moment I haven't explained what damage or whatever my car has had. Mmmmhhh, money grabbing? In Aubing area, an other dealer did fix my car for free and within mitutes. Avoid Auto Scmid in future.

Alle sind sehr freundlich ,alles ist pünktlich , die Leute geben sich die Mühe etwas zu erklären besonders für Leute die nicht gut Deutsch verstehen . Wir fahren unsere zwei Autos gerne dort und beide sind perfekt gepflegt. Sehr zufrieden würde gerne weiter empfelen.
