I came here with a friend and the owner and daughter were INCREDIBLE. They hosted us fantastically. If you want kind, supportive and understanding wedding experts, this is the place to come. They made the first experience of trying on dresses, so memorable. They spoke English, which was really helpful for a non-native. The shop is stunning with a range of dresses and reasonably prices. We were given Prosecco and made to feel very special. It was the best Friday night, feeling like a princess. I highly recommend Munich White. Thank you Miroslava Winkler, outstanding customer service.
I had a a TERRIBLE experience at this store. My family and I felt discriminited and judged. I left the store CRYING, which just says everything from a place that is supposed to treat you and your guests like valued customers and not insult you the way they did us. Zero tolerance for this behavior. Just unacceptable.
