We visited Munich for an interview and booked one night in this hotel. Reservation, check-in and check-out went well and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. All questions were answered competent and friendly. The room looked quite new and very clean. Loved the shades of white and the daybed with green highlights. Really nice design. Bathroom was clean and spacy. The Acca Kappa soaps etc. smelled delicious (green mandarine) and the body lotion is quite nutritive for dry skin. Why 4 stars? Slightly downrating due to the fact, that the jacuzzi was not available and the pool is not really deep (only in the last third). Restaurant was closed due to Covid, but the Champions bar (Pubfood) is open. All in all we would stay there again.
I have said it before, business travel is a large part of my life. After the stress of a workday in an unfamiliar place, it is alway interesting to discover whether the stress will remain during the stay at my temporary "home". How pleasant it was to receive a kind welcome upon entering the Marriott Munich. During the COVID period, every hotel has a litany of protocol procedures that must be recited and signed off on. However, the front desk personnel somehow made even this oft tedious (understandably important) part of the checkin pleasant. Notably helpful was the first staff member who cared for me during my stay. Vanessa Kriebisch, Isabel Wukonigg managed the process with a perfect balance of professionalism and hospitality. I would like to express appreciation to the staff at Munich Marriott fo making my visit memorable, and one that I am happy to share with my colleagues and friends."

Stayed a couple of times here and the staff have always been friendly and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and the food is great. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and all Marriotts should offer similar type breakfast
