Asked for information for an Audi A4 on 11/01/2020 through the audi boerse website , never had any reply. Well done, great service, never going to contact Audi Duesseldorf again.
I always go there when I have a car thing. They give great Service, quick and professional. They even have an online chat so you can find out everything you need before you go.
I have made a Termin three weeks ago to change the winter tires and to lease a new car as well, when I came again on the appointed date, just let me wait and forget my new car leasing issue. After one hour later, I was told I have to wait for another two hours! Oh my god, change the tires only take 15 minutes outside but here need 3 hours! Due to the poor and bad service, I have no interest to discuss my new car in Audi anymore.

I tried calling several times to get me tyres changed from my new Audi A6. It took 2-3 weeks just to get an appointment and then they couldn't find my tyres. Really, if you have to use Moll you must be desperate.
