I walked in and watched these guys take my phone apart and put a new screen on in 20 minutes for my iPhone X. They are incredibly careful and detail oriented while still being incredibly fast. Andy is also super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing to fix their phone

They put an iPhone 6 battery in my iPhone 7. I found out one year later when I changed the battery again with a more reputable shop.

Literally a thief. Sells sim cards which do not work and then spits at you when you insist on a refund. Disgusting behaviour. I understand times are difficult but that is a very poor excuse. Edit: The below response is almost completely incorrect. I offered the owner the opportunity to fix the issue. He laughed at me in a mocking way and told me to leave. This back and forth continued for some time. I threatened to call the police and pursue legal action and at this point he threw my money on the ground. I called him a grub and he spat at me as I walked out the door.

My Huawei P20 got some water damage and wasn't turning on. Called around and found these guys. Not only they got the job done within less than an hour, but they were super friendly, incredibly reasonably priced and extremely professional. You'll find several repair sores in the area but most charge for the diagnostic extra time. Some even asked me to drop off my phone for 2 days! Not at Al Jawad. I called them and they told me to come in so they can check it out before they charge me. They immediately got to work on it and repaired it while I waited. I 100% recommend - these guys really know what they're doing!

Excellent service, unbeatable price. Only slight hitch was unexpected „cash only“ - but if you know that in advance and go by the atm before-hand, then no problem and the repair (replacing a cracked iPhone X screen) was flawless and turn-around in a little more than an hour.
