I have taken my Mini Cooper-s to BMW-Mini Branch Saar-Pfalz for repair. I was impressed by the professionalism, clean shop, and clearly visible mechanic certifications from BMW. Once I spoke to Mario Petrucci, I knew my vehicle would be in good hands. He was knowledgeable and articulate about my vehicle's needs, and he clearly communicated costs, expectations, and a reasonable timeframe. Also, Mario Petrucci made arrangements to schedule my auto repairs into two separate appointments, so I would be without my auto for the shortest amount of time possible. I valued the Saar-Pflaz branch because of the shop’s integrity and customer service. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

Ich fahre nun seit nunmehr acht Jahren MINI und dass nur, weil ich damals durch eine Werbekampagne darauf aufmerksam wurde und dadurch Kerstin Kalmes kennenlernte. Sie ist für mich Frau MINI in Person, sympathisch, engagiert und immer darauf bedacht, dass man das Beste bekommt! Wegen ihr und natürlich auch weil das Auto klasse ist, fahren mittlerweile mein Mann und unsere Tochter MINI.
