Amazing Experience. I bought a 2014 328i GT in immaculate condition . I worked with Nigel who was the most transparent salesperson I’ve ever worked with. They showed me the Certificate of Origin , all original paperwork , full service history and how they got the car . Nigel is not only very knowledgeable about BMWs but also about the base registration/inspection process and will walk you through all the steps to register the car . Overall I had a great experience and will be a repeat customer should I PCS back to Germany again . Highly Recommend !

Fantastic service from Nigel and the team. Very satisfied with my recent purchase. Sells high quality lightly used vehicles that are not ex-rentals or corporate vehicles. Was up front about the vehicles history and ensured everything was perfect prior to delivery. Would highly recommend for service members in the market for lightly used US spec cars.

No appointment was attempted to be made, I walked in, put a mask on when asked, then I was immediately told they DO NOT want the car. This dealership is lying with responses, and I will keep giving a 1 star because a dealership should not lie to possible consumers and the people need to know. Yes I did leave, as soon as he laughed and said he didn’t want it without even considering me as a customer I slammed the door and left. This dealership is an absolute joke. I will continue to bring your rating down. You don’t deserve business. I’ve never been to such an asinine dealership in my entire life. You would have better service from a junk yard guard dog.

They obviously do not know how to run a business. They say they don’t want unannounced customers. They take one look outside and say that they don’t want your car an they DID NOT try to schedule an appointment to appraise my vehicle. Plus look at the other dealers around. These cars are way over priced.
