I recently purchased a vehicle form the MAS on Panzer. Jodie Stevens was our agent and did a fantastic job. She was extremely quick to respond to every question I had and help me find the vehicle that was be right for my family. Very easy to work with especially during the issues with shipping during COVID. I received daily and weekly updates. Jodie called the shipping company multiple times to help the process and get the vehicle to us sooner. I recommend them, the prices are fantastic. Best, Jason

If it was not for the sales representative I would have not purchased my vehicle from them. The lack of information pertaining to the process of ordering a vehicle to the delivery day could have been much better. I waited 5 months for my vehicle and once it came into country I waited 2 weeks just to find out the car had a nail in the tire from shipping. Not to mention my tires are not in country. So I had to order those as well. I wanted to view the delivery but was not able to due so mainly because of the lack of information from MAS and the transporters. Over all communication and wait time was the most of my worries. My sales representative kept me in the loop as much as possible but I could tell there was a lag in communication from some one higher than them. I would rate this process a one but my sales rep really helped me out.

Great job by Jodie in Stuttgart! The only negative for me is that the online tool doesn't list where the vehicles are actually located. For example, I was all ready to go test drive a truck that was listed on the site only to find out it was in Maryland and not in Germany :(
