I am really shocked how poor quality Miele machines are. I have dishwasher that has been going rusty from day 1. Miele did not respond to my request for service on their social media page. The technican eventually came out and made excuses and wanted to charge me To replace the rusty panels. He said if they made dishwashers out of steel that didnt corrode, they would be too expensive. What a rip off, i was happy to pay a premium as I believed i was getting premium product with a 25 year design life. It apears Miele are just another disposable appliance maker. -looks shiny for six months, throw it away after a couple of years.

Ich als Deutscher muss sogar sagen, dass hier viele meiner ausländischen Kollegen nicht fair behandelt werden. Die Geschäftsführung kümmert sich um solche Hinweise überhaupt nicht. Für so ein Unternehmen einfach traurig.
Kann der Bewertung von tbone nur zustimmen.
Top Firma, top Produkte. Hat nichts mit Rassismus zu tun, wenn man als Mitarbeiter nichts taugt. ;)
