Holiday Inn Express

Even though Michael Kors is my favorite brand, I was extremely dissapointed with the service at the outlet. We came there with my mother and wanted to buy two pair of shoes and two pairs of bags. The woman who was completely uninterested to help us, with completely unsatisfied face expression and arrogant tone told us to WAIT. After 15 min of waiting, and all we wanted is to ask for a bigger shoe size, she said there is none available (without checking), even though afer we asked a man who was working there found two pairs. Thinking that we only speak Russian and English, she started discussing with her collegues in German how annoying we are, even though I understand German since I live here for more than 10 years. Something like this I find extremely unproffesional. After we decided to buy things, she just refused to cash us and told her collegue to deal with us, even though im not exetely sure what we did to her. A tall man, was apperntly also super unhappy, unsatisfied, bored and annoyed. Such a horrible experience with service never happened in my life. I live in Reutlingen and we go often with my friends to shop there, however after this incident I would defineltly never come back and wont recommend others.
