I visited in July at the Poland party. There were only three people in the sauna between 20 and 23 hours. The only member of staff there that night had a kind of an attitude. I spoke shortly to two Poles only busy with themselves. Further there were older guys not aware of anything going on there and not bothered at all. Finally I fled to the Pluto sauna, formerly known as Phoenix. So don't waste your time here.
I was happy there
Man müsste meinen gerade in dieser Zeit steht Kundenservice bzw Gastfreundschaft an erster Stelle. Hier absolut nicht. Wundert mich nicht warum da tote Hose ist. War das erste und letzte mal da.
Die Saunalandschaft ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist schon etwas älter aber hat alles was eine Sauna braucht. Die ganze Anlage war sauber und es war nettes Personal da.
Super Service, tolle Angebote. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
