Kind doctor, I was happy about my treatment.

Dr. was nice but very rude and unorganized receptionists. For 2 times they don't have my appointments in their system. Even I made the appointment in person and have the signature, time and date written down by them. Had to come back again another date due to this. They don't even apologize for their mistakes.
