We had visited the restaurant at the beginning of August 2020 based on the positive reviews on Google. The very good reviews were rightly distributed. The food cannot be beat in terms of freshness, taste and preparation. You can't and don't have to say more. Just go and eat.

Great place to eat in Kiel, it has a nice cozy atmosphere, everyone there was super polite and the food was perfect. Excellent quality of ingredients, which clearly felt fresh and an amazing beef meat. Would recommend to anyone who wants to eat well for an excellent prize.
Manufaktur is really a nice small self service restaurant with appealing dishes (although they also sell \curry wurst\). We have been there only once, but we believe to come again because we would like to taste other dishes from their card. The staff is very friendly and prices are moderate. So it was an easy decision to go there!
