Cannot accept the employees attitude. I went there to repair my luggage case (one wheel broken), firstly they said they cannot repair it by themselves (fair enough) and asked me to send it back. After I indicated that it was just the SECOND day i used it they replied they can help to send it back. Since there is some wear on the surface because the wheel is broken i asked if it is possible to get it fixed as well, they said arrogantly the producer will not repair this part and will not send a new one back either. Meanwhile they just keep implicating it is impossible to have the wheel broken and asking what did I do. I said just normally use and they appear not believe it. What can I do with my new bought luggage case? I even just travel by train and not airplane. All colleagues going on the same route and only I had the problem, what can i say? (After coming back home and called the producer, they said its definitely not a problem to change a new one and will not give me the luggage back with wear..) Service in the shop definitely needs to be improved!

Als Schülerin, mit meiner heißgeliebten the Bridge Tasche in den Laden gekommen. Der Blick den ich von der Mitarbeiterin erhielt ließ mich fast wieder rückwärts rauslaufen. Da ich aber keinen anderen Laden kannte, dachte ich, da durch zu müssen. Ich habe die Mitarbeiterin gefragt, ob sie einen Reparaturservice für Lederwaren anbieten oder gegebenenfalls Produkte mit denen ich das Leder pflegen kann. Ihre schnippige Antwort war lediglich, dass das Ding in den Müll gehört. Unabhängig davon ob das Leder noch zu retten ist oder nicht erwarte ich, auch als junger Kunde, der vielleicht nicht so aussieht als würde er spontan ne 1000 Tasche kaufen, dass ich ordentlich behandelt werde. Das ist jetzt schon eine Weile her und trotzdem denke ich jedes mal daran, wenn ich vorbei laufe. Werde den Laden nicht mehr betreten.
Gutachten etwas teuer. Mit wurde erklärt, dass das die Fluggesellschaft erstattet. War dann nicht so.
Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg bei der sehr freundlichen Verkäuferin für die gute Beratung bedanken. Die nächste Geldbörse werde ich sicher hier kaufen. Mein Sohn wurde zwar nicht fündig, war aber sehr angetan über die ausführliche Erklärung der Dame.
Koffer Weber ist sehr gut sortiert und bietet eine große Auswahl namhafter Hersteller. Man findet etwas in jeder Preisklasse und für jeden Anlass, sowohl für Business als auch für privat. Die Beratung ist sehr freundlich und äußerst kompetent; man nimmt sich Zeit für den Kunden, das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Das Fachgeschäft kann daher ohne Einschränkung empfohlen werden.
Ich kaufe keine Dinge aus Leder, aber hier gibt es ja auch Taschen und Rucksäcke aus anderen Materialien. Das Personal und der Chef sind immer kompetent und sehr freundlich!
