Saw the nutcracker play here and it was beautiful.
It is a nice building and the halls are quite big. The Theatre Magdeburg also has an awesome an actively fostered youth. They even put up some productions you can see in the Opernhaus and in the Schauspielhaus. The ambient in the Opernhaus here is really nice and it is affordable to get a ticket. And as Magdeburg is a four branch theatre you can see an awesome variety of productions.
Wonderful theatre. I had to endure Faust (challenged my translation skills lol) but the theatre is really wonderful
