If you're a foreigner and have a run up whit some people working on the forklifts if you don't speak all the languages în Europe they become frustrated and shout at you( i just stoped behind a truck on the lane for uploading at a distance of 10m from The truck in front and a personal showed me with this hand to go forward and i just asked him to aproach the truck in front of me or park in front of him and he started to shout). Not all are the same, may be i was unlucky but that was very uncouth. The reception desk people were nice, helpful and the time for unloading was ok .
