I love it here , the girls at the reception are always friendly and you can ask them everything . & the dr Tom is a great guy he really find out what is perfect for you and really knows what he is talking about . Thank you a lot M1 can’t wait to be back .

I've been to M1 Beauty 3-4 times for forehead botox. I recently had an incredibly unprofessional experience with Dr. Med. Marwa Mohamedahmed. When I shared that I'd like a similar botox treatment to my last visit and a concern about too many units administered on a previous visit, she decided she did not want to treat me. Rather than stating this professionally, she began to ridicule me and said \Are you having a bad day?\ \I don't know what it's like from whereever you are from\ and repeatedly said that my concern about units of botox \Doesn't make any sense.\ (My concern was to not administer the botox lower on my forehead, so my eyebrows will still lift. This is conversation I've had with every botox specialist before treatment). In an earlier experience, a botox appointment was confirmed by reception, but once I got there I learned it was too recent between treatments. I'd expect this to be checked at the time the appointment is confirmed. These two experiences don't give me confidence in the credibility or professionalism of this service provider.
