I wouldn’t consider using them again if they were the last shop left in Munich.. Drove my car there suspecting on trottle body failure but still wanted to bring it to them to see what they’ll come up with. They called me back and said they need from one to five hours just to locate the problem which would result in them charging me from 150 to 600 euros and that’s without actually repairing anything. I declined that ridiculous offer, they still gave me a 40 euro bill for nothing, and I left the shop. Called ADAC next day, the guy came, plugged in the diagnostics tool and after two minutes confirmed my suspicions on trottle body failure. These guys are legal thieves, please, avoid them at all costs.
Great attention from Mr. Gödde (Kia), thanks! Much more professional and customer-focused than the other Kia branch in Munich (Schmid), where I only had bad experiences. I will visit Auto Hemmerle again!
