Broke down in Germany and everything from first point of contact via phone, pick up and right through to the repair we could not fault the service. The Boss also sorted accomodation that was suitable for children and dog and made the whole experience so much better. Thank you so much for all your help, first class service.

The worst visit to a car dealing shop, I crossed hundreads of kilometers for a car which I called Peter Kramer many times for and then when I went there 1 working day after he said that it has been sold. I asked him if there was any other options and he told me no. I asked if there was any other car any model and he said no everything is sold while there were many cars outside shown for sale with price tag. P.S: I lived in Czech Republic and went there in bus 10 hours for the car. And maybe the reason was that I am young(24) and going there for a 44,000 EUR car.
Bin mit der Ausführung der Reparaturarbeiten völlig zufrieden. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es, weil die vor dem Werkstatttermin abgemachten Teile nicht bestellt wurden. So war das Fahrzeug länger in der Werkstatt als versprochen...
