-Before second lockdown review- We came early to ensure a spot. Polite and shy owner gave us good recommendations. My German was even worst back then and she couldn’t speak english so I had to get help from Google. This was my first Ethiopian experience and eating with hands during COVID was challenging but it was very interesting for me.

Great food, good prices, the owner is the nicest!!! A must go if you are around the area (No wonder they have a 4,9 rate!)

This is one of the best and the closest to Ethiopian scene in Berlin. Here is a menu for you

We turned up and were able to get a table for two outside the restaurant. The food was very delicious, didn't take that long to come out the kitchen and the staff were friendly and attentive. Also the price was great, would go again!

In my opinion, the best vegan Ethiopian platter in Berlin, which comes with a variety of different perfectly spiced dishes... if you are very hungry order the shiro too! The owner is very kind, and always makes room for another table outside. I love coming here!

This is the most authentic Ethiopian food in the city. The flavors are clean and not oil laden, while the spices are clearly identifiable. The owners are friendly and attentive, also offering bags of spices and flour for sale. Do make sure to make reservations, as the place is small and only seats about a dozen people max. It seems they make the food for the night on order depending on the number of patrons, so calling ahead on a weekday is a must.
