...critically speaking, the customer service is very unfriendly. The communication was only to the point and with no gesture of entertainment. I have to visit twice in order to make an order because the first order was lost, the worker even didn't inform me .... Summerizing the story, after many emails and Telefonic conversations I received what I wanted - although it took one and a half month!
